A SMALL SYSTEM FOR A BUSY WEEK

The work is on the table.
Keep the conversation moving.

When you’re quoting, scheduling, and doing the work, follow-up is easy to put off. We help make the next step clear, without asking you to learn another platform.

01

Get the list in order.

We organize up to 25 existing open estimates into a clean tracker, with their status, priorities, and next steps.

02

Make follow-up easier.

We prepare up to two follow-up drafts per estimate during the pilot, using the context you provide.

03

You review and send.

You approve, edit, and send the messages. We finish with a short review of what changed and what still needs attention.

WHAT THE SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE

Helpful follow-up.
In your voice.

A simple check-in can reopen a conversation. It should sound like a person who knows the job, with room for the customer to reply.

Illustrative drafts for a fictional roof-repair estimate. Actual messages depend on your job details and approval.

DRAFT · FOR OWNER REVIEW

Hi Alex, just checking in on the roof-repair estimate I sent over. Have you had a chance to look it through? Happy to answer any questions about the scope or next steps.

START WITH A CLEAR, SMALL SCOPE

Two weeks.
A clearer follow-up list.

See whether hands-on follow-up support fits the way you work. A defined pilot, with no automatic renewal.

OPTIONAL CONTINUATION

$299 / month

Keep the follow-up organized after the pilot.

  • Up to 25 distinct estimates per month, including carryovers
  • Up to two follow-up drafts per estimate per month
  • Weekly batch review of your estimate tracker
  • One brief monthly review
  • You continue to approve and send

A separate agreement if you decide to continue. The pilot never rolls into a subscription automatically.

Live automation, integrations, and customer calling are outside this service.

A CLEARER FIRST IMPRESSION

Before the estimate.
Make the next step easy.

Help people understand what you do and how to reach you. Start with one focused website or a practical tune-up of your Google Business Profile.

01 / WEBSITE

A one-page website.

A clear, mobile-friendly page built around your services and a simple way to get in touch.

From $999 one time

  • Up to six sections on one agreed page
  • Light editing of your copy and photos
  • One inquiry route using your existing form or booking service
  • One consolidated revision round, launch checks and handoff
Ask about a website
What’s included, and what isn’t?

Includes basic page titles and descriptions. A redesign covers one agreed page, not a whole-site migration. You supply the business details and approved photos. Scope and delivery timing are confirmed before work begins.

Hosting, domains and third-party subscriptions are paid directly by you and quoted separately. Extra pages, e-commerce, custom integrations, ongoing edits and maintenance are outside this package.

02 / GOOGLE PROFILE

The right details.
In the right place.

An accuracy and content tune-up for one existing, verified and eligible Google Business Profile.

$299 one time

  • Profile review, categories, hours, service area and contact details
  • A refreshed description and up to 10 services
  • Up to 10 of your approved images, including logo and cover
  • A review-request link, reusable message and written handoff
Ask about a profile tune-up
How does the tune-up work?

You approve changes before submission. Includes one consolidated revision round, a handoff of completed and pending edits, and one final status check. You keep ownership; KRS uses manager access. No password or verification-code sharing.

Google Business Profile is free. The fee pays for KRS’s independent service. Google controls edit approval and any reverification. Rankings, leads and verification are not guaranteed.

New profiles, suspensions, ownership disputes, duplicate removal, citations, review replies, recurring posts and ongoing management are outside this package.

OPTIONAL STARTER BUNDLE

Website + Google profile, together.

The same two defined starter packages. No monthly service included.

From $1,199 one time

These services stand alone. Estimate follow-through remains separate. No guaranteed rankings, leads, bookings or revenue.

IS THIS RIGHT FOR YOUR BUSINESS?

A good fit for
owner-led teams.

Especially when you already have estimates out and want a simple, consistent way to follow through.

01

You have open estimates that deserve another conversation.

02

You can share accurate job context and customer history.

03

You want help preparing follow-up, while keeping approval and sending in your hands.

THE PRACTICAL DETAILS

A few things
worth knowing.

Will KRS contact my customers for me?

During this service, you approve and send each message. KRS organizes the work and prepares the follow-up drafts. Nothing is sent to your customers automatically.

Do I need new software?

No software overhaul is part of the offer. The service centers on a simple tracker, the job information you provide, and drafts you can review and send. Integrations and live automation are outside this scope.

What do I need to provide?

A list of existing open estimates and enough context to understand the work, current status, and relevant previous conversations. We can discuss what’s useful on the introductory call.

What happens after the two weeks?

We review the outcomes and outstanding next steps. You can stop there or discuss the optional $299-per-month continuation under a separate agreement. There is no automatic renewal.

Can you guarantee more booked jobs?

No. Customer decisions depend on many factors. The service provides organization and follow-up preparation, not a promise of replies, bookings, or revenue.
